I didn't even realize he was still in the league. No interest at all, enough retreads and bad players. I'd rather see literally anyone else that is playing well for Rockford vs bringing him back.

You can't claim him and then just waive him? Obviously that puts him at risk of being claimed by some other team but whatever.

Nashville presumably wants him on their ahl team. If they claim him back he's able to go there.

You can but if the original waiving team claims him (and no other team does) they can put him directly in the AHL. Purpose of waivers is to ensure players that would be on an nhl roster somewhere get the chance, not to steal AHL players/org depth.

He’s been so much better than I would have ever thought coming off that hip procedure. I always thought if anyone could do it, it would be him with his playing style. Glad to see him playing so well still.

I know it wont happen but it would be nice if he finished the year with 499 and signed guess where to get his 500th.
LIke I said it wont happen but one can dream.
