GDT: The Four Nations Tournament Thread

Within minutes, it was deleted. You'd have to think they'd catch how ridiculous a post like that looks given the context of everything going on with the guy.

Can you can bullshit a lot of things, but you can not bullshit the eyes. The org could use a lesson or two in employee retention.

Maybe the social media person is new and hasn't a clue about Canucks fans on social media.
 
At some point all parties need to come together and visit the idea of shutting Pettersson down for a full year. It's just getting worse.

Because he’s not injured right now? He rested and trained around his tendinitis, but he is healthy right now.

Why would the coach give him any more responsibility and ice time? He hasn’t played well, is on pace for 57pts on the year, so it’s correct to treat him as a 3rd line player.

He started on the 1st line and played his way off it. His linemates look better without him.

It’s a short, best-on-best tournament, there’s no time to coddle anyone.

As a Canucks fan, all you can hope for is that with healthy off-season training, he’ll look right again.

it’s tough

Trading him for a cozens tier player basically shuts down any hope for this team getting back to where they were last season.

So you have to just pray that he can get fixed up this summer. I’d have him go see the top knee specialist available

If Lou Lam offers Barzal at the draft, things get interesting though
