When you'd rather have Eriksson Ek at 11.6 than EP, you know something's wrong.
Don't get me wrong, Eriksson Ek is fantastic, but Pettersson was supposed to be a few levels higher, and he was drafted accordingly as well.
Canada, and chl I have wondered if they ever do reduce games to practice more on skill development. 68 regular season games plus 4 rds of playoff. 90 games to win one of the 3 leagues. Like double ncaa frozen 4 teams.
But, too much of a business now to change.

Actually he could just do the 200 IQ play and change the profile pic to a baby Elias Pettersson (Defender), or even Marcus Pettersson.

I want to see one positive play. Just one. A bust of speed down the wing. Drive to the net. Try to deke somebody out. A nice snipe. Anything.

I’d love for this to be true, but it’s such a huge gamble to allow this to drag out into next season. Such a frustrating situation, and of course something like this would happen to this team.

He makes almost $12 million a year.
Do you not think we don’t want the best for him either, of course we do, we want him to be 100 point player like he showed in the past, we want him to thrive and smile, we have chance literally that say let’s go Petey in support when he struggles.

His terrible performance is why the Canucks didn't beat the Coilers in the playoffs. Everyone else was going but him, and it was the difference.
