Only 2-1 powerplays for Tampa, if the league wasn't so in favor of the Panthers they'd play the entire game shorthanded.

Passing of the torch moment. Tampa is done as a contender. Phenomenal run. 2 Cups, 4 East titles, 6 East Finals appearances.

EDIT: 2021 wasn’t an East title/conference Finals appearance, but it effectively was that.

My prediction is the Panthers will go over the Bruins in 6. I'm not sure how the Rangers-Hurricanes/Islanders will go. If the Isles won, it would be the craziest shit ever.

Congrats Panthers, your team took full advantage of opportunities, and stood up to any Lightning pushes, and handled any disadvantages that came up. Plus, Bobrovsky played very well and will increase Florida's chance moving forth. Prediction with how teams have looked in playoffs >> Panthers -vs- Rangers ECF. Good luck to all who remain.

Lightning have bottom 6 scoring issues, no doubt! But they still had chances to score when games 3 & 5 were still waiting for someone to take lead(s) late. No dice, Lightning just couldn't make the plays needed, to get Vasy lead for many reasons. Bobrovsky stopped pretty much stop all, or most of those chances (Bob made timely big saves). Well...that's a wrap for a very up & down season for Lightning, should be an interesting and intense off-season in Tampa.
