The devils have been very exciting. And have some good young talent available. But buffalo is flat. I think the advantage jersey has right now is the fact that the majority of this team is fighting to stay on the team as opposed to guaranteed.

That's part of it, though there really seemed to be a different attitude with this team this season to not repeat what happened last year. And that is led by guys like Hall, Schneider, Palmieri, Henrique, etc. that all have spots.

Loving what I see so far, but next few games will be a huge test - Toronto, Washington & NYR. I know it's "only" Colorado and Buffalo they've played so far, but neither game was really all that close.
