Have the Bombers locked up first in the West? I'm really wanting them to dress their full line-up against the Argos. Want to see how the Double Blue match-up against the hottest team in the CFL.

Not yet, but almost. Only way Riders can overtake them is if they win their remaining 3 games and Bombers lose their remaining two.

I suspect Bombers will play their starters for most/all of the game vs. Argos even if they lock up first with a Saskatchewan loss tomorrow. Don’t want them getting too rusty.

I disagree. If they lock it up you sit everyone next game. Gives Collaros, Lawler, Willie, etc two weeks rest, then play them for a half against Montreal in the finale. Then another week off before West Final. If you play them against Argos, then sit them against Montreal, it'll be 3 weeks off from Argo game to west final.

Of course Sask is likely to win tmw and Bombers play before Sask next week, so I'm imagining it's full go next week. Have to in that case, can't leave winning division to chance.

Last night was so painful to watch. Tim White back to his early season ways of dropping routing balls.... Not good enough.
Tim White has to be one of the most frustrating players in the CFL. Sometimes he's just a beast open all over raking up huge yards (first game vs WPG), other times he can't hang onto the ball to save his life (second game vs WPG). I just dont think he's a great #1 WR. If he was a #2 guy, he'd be unreal, IMO. But his money demands made it so they can't afford a true #1. I guess on his rookie contract that Shemar Bridges was doing that for Hamilton until the injury.

I would much rather have had EDM and HAM in the playoffs than Sask and TOR, kinda sucks that scheduling worked out for the Bombers to basically bury BOTH those teams haha. Sorry Ti-Cats and Elks fans. Scheduled different Elks and Ti-Cats definitely have a chance to beat Bombers early, hell Calgary beat Bombers early on...

I don't think Edmonton beats the Bombers early in the season either, they were as bad or worse with that 0-7 start. Just not a good matchup for Edmonton who has played fairly well against everyone else in the 2nd half of the season.

Precisely, he would be a solid #2. WR needs to be one of the main adds this off season. Bo deserves better from a #1

Canada's Thanksgiving weekend brings us Week 19 in the CFL.

Toronto (8-7) at Winnipeg (10-6) Fri. 8:30PM ET
  • Five of the six playoff teams have been determined and the Argos just need one more win to claim that last spot. The Blue Bombers though need one more win to clinch first place in the West.
Edmonton (5-11) at Calgary (4-10-1) Sat. 3PM ET
  • For the first time in CFL history, both Alberta teams will miss the playoffs, meaning we'll have a whole bunch of guys auditioning for jobs for next season in this game.
BC (8-8) at Saskatchewan (8-7-1) Sat. 7PM ET
  • A meeting between these two teams in the West Semi-Final in a few weeks is highly likely, but home field in the playoffs is still up for grabs. This is where the Lions being the only dome team in the league could work against them.
Ottawa (8-6-1) at Montreal (11-3-1) Mon. 1PM ET
  • The Alouettes are locked-in to first in the East, but Ottawa still has something to play for. The RedBlacks are trying to get themselves home field for the East Semi-Final, but have lost their last three games.
Bye Week - Hamilton (6-10). The Tiger-Cats are in basically what I like to call an "Apollo 13 scenario" for making the playoffs. Hamilton has to win their last two games and they need the Argos to lose their last three.
