Going to be really interesting to see what team shows up, but based on this teams past reputation and poor results in series deciding games does not provide a lot of optimism.

They nearly got shutout in games #4 and #5 with complete disappearing act from the team including a few flashes from the core.

Saying the leafs should be worrying about CAR in the ECF when they have gotten destroyed for 2 straight games is absurd. The team needs to just show they have something left in them. No team besides maybe Oilers vs Kings and Bruins vs Leafs deserve an automatic bye to the next round expectation.

They arent dead yet, but they arent in the clear to the ECF. Let's let game 6 play out, you were predicting the leafs would be winning the cup this year 2-3 games ago and only VGK would be a tough matchup.

I can only assume you're talking to that "evil" guy. I put him on ignore just the other day, funny I was just thinking about him this morning, wondering if he's still telling the same old joke over and over again without realizing it's a joke. Seems like he is, I guess some people never learn. I found him amusing for a while but decided I'd had enough of his act when another one of his "predictions" went down the tubes and he then bragged about how he's always right. I imagine you and everyone will also get tired of his act before long, there's only so many times you can listen to the same stupid joke.

I think he's probably given up as well. When we go with 4 highly paid forwards - 2 who don't show up, 1 who's slow as f*** and just can't keep up, a good player in Knies and then a bunch of lowly paid forwards, there's not a lot you can change up.

We could put Nylander with Matthews, but Nylander (and Knies) is the only forward trying to do anything and Matthews will neuter him.

Not favoured as in betting odds. I said they will be in a good position against any team in the West other than Vegas. With the latter now gone, no team in the West concerns me, unless McDavid goes nuts (which is obviously possible).
