It appears they aren't sure if Klingberg is getting the season-ending surgery or not.

If Klingberg comes back, we're capped out and we can't afford Zadorov. If he doesn't well then we could have absorbed Zadorov's entire caphit and it's a potential opportunity missed.

Even if we know Klingberg is done, don't use all that extra space for Zadorov. Need to get more than him to fix the D. Losing out on a 5/6 D is not the end of the world
