After reading the entire thread taking in everyone’s opinions and studying all 32 locker rooms in detail. I think it’s safe to say the Oilers have the consensus nicest dressing room in the League.

There's 2 shelves and a bunch of hooks in the room proper

The Oilers home room itself is inter-connected to a pretty huge complex of facilities including:
- equipment maintenance area
- equipment storage (with museum-like giant sliding shelves)... perhaps some extra active-player equipment can be stashed here... not just new stuff
- medical area incl. a hydrotherapy area (see pic)
- massive fitness areas with natural light (it's a big weight room and another functional training area with a turf surface and mini-rink for shooting pucks)
- players lounge (watch the YT vid of Kevin Smith meeting Nurse and they're in this lounge)
- video room is like a small theater w/ 3 rows (see pic)
- besides the main sheet, there is a "Downtown Community Arena" attached where the team can also practice/skate (see pic)

Actually tough to find good pics, most exist from the early media tours when it opened.

Can get full of stuff:

Helmets & elbows can go on the upper shelf, skates have hooks up there too:

Hard to find a good pic/vid of the fitness area:

McDavid always looks like he just got hit in the head. Has no one taught him how to smile or look like he's happy?

Aside from that, some of these seem pretty narrow. I'd think NHL guys would have way more room than I do in beer league.

Lots of really nice dressing rooms, indeed Calgary def needs a new one.

Logos on the floor or like the Leafs where they tie their skates seems odd. Kind of like a flag on the ground or spreading grandma's ashes in front of your toilet.

I see the new Avalanche dressing room hasn't been posted.

New:

The ceiling was apparently installed freehand:

I generally prefer straight lines and squared designs but when it come to a team dressing room, round/oval is 100% the way to go. Having an oval/round room is probably a conscious psychological design.

I also prefer the team logo on the ceiling rather than the floor.

I like the new design.

Not really sure what everyone loves so much about the Oilers room? For me the high ceiling lends itself more to a retail outlet than a dressing room.

There's that Edmonton inferiority complex... could you point out where I mentioned the Toronto dressing room?

Personally, I think Detroit got it right. Its an intimate room, not a cavern.

Another terrible re-do. Why should the players constantly get blasted by screens? Do they not want them to sleep well after the game?
I can't speak for other teams, but the Jackets players were heavily involved in designing the new lockerroom. So this is apparently what the players wanted.

Go ahead and chalk up the recently rennovated Sabres dressing room among the best; looking like the inside of the Starship Enterprise:

That's slick but that logo in the middle shouldn't be angled as it's not visible by half the room.
