My alma mater’s women’s volleyball team has a better locker room than some of these. I guess you don’t have to worry about recruiting at the pro level, but at the same time, you’ve got $80m in talent sitting in there.

When you don't have to pay your talent, you can afford to put $80MM into the locker room.

Some of the college football locker rooms are absolutely insane. Check out Alabama or Oregon for example, it's next level stuff.

But one think I love is the logo on the ceiling as opposed on the carpet. I mean, any team with a logo on the floor is begging to be stepped on, which is very frowned upon.

The pens dressing room isn't the nicest one in the league. but it's not ugly either. Pretty spacious and is showcased pretty well on the NHL 24/7 HBO series from 2011

Cool idea, I'd also like to see the worst/best visitor's locker rooms.

I seem to recall the visitors locker room at the Joe Louis Arena was lacking...The only thing you could count on was a fresh coat of paint the day of a game when Scotty Bowman was around.

Carolina's locker room seems to have twice as many fans as the Minnesota locker room does.
