Been listening to Lamb of God again, which I hadn't done to this extent since I was like 15.

This song has a pretty cool thing going on.

Someone educate me. What is the best way to use iPhone alarms to ensure I don't have my phone muted through them? I need to switch to mute for meetings when I travel. But I always forget to switch it back after a long day and occasionally have missed important alarms.

Don't "mute" your phone. "muting" is turning the volume all the way down. Instead use the switch on the side which put's the phone in "silent" mode. When it's in "silent" mode this affects your ringer/text tone only. Has nothing to do with the alarm. You can even go into settings and choose whether or not you want the phone to vibrate while in "silent" mode. Just make sure you have the volume turned all the way up. Don't worry, turning the volume up wont take it out of "silent" mode. While in silent mode the "volume" basically only controls the alarm sound level.

My phone has been on silent mode since 2008  . I use the vibrate option only. My phone is always close enough to me where I don't need to listen to an obnoxious ringtone. When I go into a meeting I simply toggle the "vibrate while on silent mode" to off.

What's peoples opinions on wearing glasses strictly as a fashion accessory?

Dumb.

Having worn glasses since I was I don't know, in kindergarten, up until early last year when I had my eyes SMILE surgerized, I'd do anything to not have to wear glasses ever again. Unfortunately I had such bad vision that I'll have to get glasses again rather soon, I figure.

 Yeah, figured as much. A friend of mine has decided to experiment with the look, not gunna lie she does look good, but I still don't like the idea of it as a glasses/contact wearer. But ultimately it doesn't affect me so whatever, hope she slays all the d****.

Also, some may remember awhile back about my ex moving back to the same city as me, that plan has now completely gone off the rails. Came for a 2 week visit with her boyfriend, and it was nothing but drama and ruffling feathers, with it ending in essentially an intervention saying how she has to change. Thankfully I'm gone for the summer and didn't have to deal with it but from what I was told it was pretty unsightly and was just constant stress and anxiety. Don't really like going into too deep of details but the biggest bomb shell was how she pretty much said she would 100% break up a family if it meant getting a certain guy in our friend group to go back to be with her.

Safe to say a lot of people breathed a sigh or relief.
