Why do you think that? I like to believe Hughes/Gorton are good communicators and avoid the stupid arguments that happens on these boards.

Look man. I cant give you a real hockey answer. Ive been in a bad headspace since this weekend. my soap opera thinking on this is that we were serious with Verbeek over the summer and then went behind his back and started dating laine. Now that that's over, I feel like like he might be a bit jaded and may not trust us again with his heart.

I can only begin to imagine how much a Laine-Zegras-Demidov line would get absolutely caved in defensively. Awful fit and not the right player for this team
