The fact Tennessee got blown out the way they did proves the SEC supremacy thing is bullshit, but the ACC is an endangered species though.
ACC is rough right now because Miami has been down, Florida State stinks and Dabo hasn’t adjusted to this era yet.

It’s similar to when everyone was shitting on the big 12 when Texas was down. Some of those TCU, Oklahoma State and Baylor teams in the 2010s could’ve beat A LOT of good teams.

The SEC not taking away from them, kind of had perfect timing. LSU was a hole in the wall until Saban got there.

When they started paying players more and then traditional powers like Miami, Michigan, USC, Texas and Florida State for a bit all started to stink.

If I had to guess, the SEC dominance won’t be a thing anymore in this new era or as strong.

Great to see this. IMO it makes sense that the schools should be stepping up and protecting their draft-eligible guys if they want them to play in these bowl games.

"It was (Sanders') idea we should get disability insurance for our athletes for this game to ensure that they played and if there was some kind of injury, that they would be well taken care of," said Colorado Athletic Director Rick George. "So, we worked together on that. We're excited about it. We think it's great that all our players are playing in the game. That's what all bowl games should be like."

While a lot of college football programs are currently scrambling for players to participate in upcoming Bowl games, like how Marshall had to forfeit theirs because 29 players entered the transfer portal, Colorado has retained every single one of their players for the Alamo Bowl.

Oklahoma vs Navy kicking off at noon today. Only the 2nd time the two programs have met. Navy is a slight favorite as Oklahoma will be without their starting QB, WR's, and TE.

impressive comeback by navy. not exactly a team built to come from behind but that's exactly what they've done after going down 14-0 to OU. Knotted at 14 heading into the 4th Q

OU QB looked good, got some nice wheels

Not sure how I feel about the decision to go for 2 and the win instead of playing for OT. New rules with alternating 2 point conversions kinda suck though so I guess if we were spared another farce like Toledo/Pitt then that's a good thing.

OU still winless all time vs Navy
