Vancouver made the right decision. We were hoping they were going to be dumb and trade us EP, sucks they ended up trading the player that they should've.

I'm hard on Adams but you can't force the Canucks to move EP over Miller. We had a great package offered up for him that topped everybody's and Canucks just ended up not wanting to move on it.

This is exactly what it is. Vancouver absolutely made the right decision to trade JTM instead of EP40. The package might be a bit underwhelming, but EP40 isn't replaceable.

Me knowing what was offered isn't based in EF reporting it. I heard we actually had 2 different offers on the table, one being the one everyone has heard of.

Ths isn't me giving him a pass on everything he's done (or hasn't done) up to this point. I'm just saying unless you want to throw Kulich or Power into the deal too that you can't force Allvin's hand.

We are pretty well f***ed now and I'm disappointed. I have no idea what we're gonna do now and that's on Adams for backing himself into a corner that we desperately needed this trade to work.

You can by making an offer they can't refuse. Adams failed.

He was talking to Vancouver to trade for EP thats a fact.

He failed at the attempt to acquire him.

Thats how I look at it that he is a failure.

The Canucks didn't get as much as they could have if JT Miller didn't have a NTC/NMC

I guess we can move onto hoping we throw 13 million at Rantanen, Marner or Ehlers(pipe dream but something to talk about)

Sorry ill clarify that it was Byram and Cozens. I was saying if we wanted to force Vancouver's hand we most likely would've had to add another significant piece to that.
