Looking to 2023-2024 season. I really want JBB to go after Ryan Graves. All his analytics show McDonagh-lite.
I don't get it. Myers and Cole money almost equal Mcdonagh
YuckBe ready for Reilly Nash to be the Palat replacement for this year.
Wouldn't that be savage, Tampa misses out this year and somehow wins the lottery for Bedard, then gets back to wrecking the year after. Since the 1sts given to Chicago are top 10 protected, it is possible, although extremely unlikely.Bedard is the way.
so its an off year in our "win now window"
Ya but sorry it was probably plan C.Cole is fine on for what we need from him on the ice. 17 minutes a night to take some of #27 defensive responsibility. Rather have Kulak or De Haan, see what they go for. The 1 year deal was key here.
As for off the ice, not a fan of what he did, but let's not pretend every Bolts fan we've ever cheered were faithful
I mean unless we push for Kane at deadline, trade killorn and add we won't be going deep. Not really.

Something doesn't make sense here
I assume because you just don't know if you can deal him 1 year from now. Maybe the markets different, maybe McDonagh gets hurt, maybe he has a bad season..Why not just keep McD one more year. He's way better than Ian Cole lmao, for 3 mil! Smdh
Besides goal scoring, our biggest issue was Defense / Team Defense. Hedman hasn't looked right since the injury in 2021. With McDonagh gone Hedman gets the #1 matchups.Yeah a team with Point, Stamkos, Kucherov, Hedman and Vasilevski can't go deep, teams need like 6+ stars to go deep right.
