Puck was 100% in the moment Henrik's pad hit it. Would've been an amazing save if it was actually saved outside the net. Toronto said no goal. what a joke.
#montrealtypical.

Your bias post is the real joke.

No evidence that crossed the line. None at all. From my view it was actually conclusive.

It was a great save by Lundqvist.

Can the NHL not afford high speed cameras above the goal line? The puck was clearly in, but because of motion-blur the first frame where the puck was in focus it was no longer over the goal line.

Your response was expected unlike other Ranger posters who have concluded it had to be across the line .
Nice to hear from other Ranger posters in this thread acknowledge it went pass the line.

When the video is up you'll see it was, in fact, totally over the line. The black blur of the puck hits his pad a few inches inside the net. It's in. It quickly skips onto another part of the pad, then bounces out. Watch the trajectory -- it really isn't a debate. It was a legit goal.

They should have the puck in the chip and a sensor on the goal line. Technology exists and would put an end to this silliness.

I have no problem with the call because this is how the NHL works but the puck was clearly in, if you cannot see that you clearly have your homer glasses on

Exactly. Bad calls happen to everyone. But there's no question this was a bad call.

Toronto's ability to ignore logic has cost half the teams in the league goals.

Physics says that's a goal.

They should use whatever technology they use in tennis and soccer/football in England. It's damn effective.

When is the nhl gonna get high speed, high reso cameras especially for that overhead goal line shot??? There's been a few called back now this year because the frame that would show it over the line has the puck all blurry And grainy. Pretty ****ing bad for a league with 4 billion $ revenue

I don't think I've ever seen a year with so many blown calls. And we're just over halfway through too.

Pierre still complaining. Wants more cameras.

I think more cameras would be better but in this case the problem was that the camera was too slow...if they had a 100 fps camera we would clearly see that the puck did went in.
