The matchup between the Avalanche and Capitals ends with a 3-2 Avalanche victory, pushing their win streak to six in a row and back into the top three in the Central Division, which is terrible news for the rest of the Western Conference. The Avs road trip out of the all star break finishes at 1-1-1, could've been worse, could've been better.
