If everybody produced like we wanted them to, we would've averaged 8 goals a game.My eyes are more open to this thinking than ever before, however when Connor, Matthews, Hughes, Eichel & Miller simply don't score goals, I am not sure what the answer is. That is way too much talent that didn't put the puck in the net.
It was mainly our "gritty" guys who produced- Larkin, Tkachuks, Guentzel, etc..
The defense is set. No concerns there. But offensively I just don't know what the answer is as we outplayed the opposition in both loses just couldn't get a big goal.
