This is the team i would pick. But saddly i think coaches will pick many players from the European Leauges such as Tamasi, Dano etc

This is a start. Is it still Ramsey coaching?

Going to be hard to knock Cehlarik, Hrivik, Cingel and Lantosi out of spots. This is a functional team but giving some PP time to the young guys will be key if they want to get into a QF game.

I want more competitive nations in hockey, not less.

Hard to believe they once had Palffy, Demitra, Chara, Hossa, Gaborik, Nagy, Handzus, Visnovsky, Satan et al at the same time and all in or close to their primes.

Now I have this roster behind both the Swiss & the Germans.

Bondra, Palffy, Ciger, Zednik, Stumpel, Satan, Demitra up front.

Svehla, Baca, Droppa, Visnovsky, Sekeras on the back end.

At it's peak, Slovakia was RIDICULOUSLY good.

I felt like they produced better D and GOAL scorers than the Czechs at their peak.

Cehlarik and Hrvivik are washed. I dont see why they would be in top 6. Cant live on old merits.

A nice surprise has been Studencic. One of the best players in SHL.

currently it is just solid team with lot of potential, i can see more players from Europe like Lantoši, Cehlárik or Hudáček as those senior players with exp.

Mešár is huge ? with his current form, but who knows how he starts next season, but right now i dont see him making it into this roster, but Dvorský and Honzek HAS TO BE there.

i am positive that by next Olympics we are going to be much stronger with top core of players like Slaf, Dvorský, Honzek established in NHL as TOP6 forwards and Nemec as TOP4 D. + players like Černák, Fehy, Pospíšil etc. ( of course anything can happen and some players can leave NA by then)

right now it is just process, which takes time, we have great talent even in upcoming drafts.

players from KHL will not apear i guess, which takes out Ružička, Gernák and Čajkovský or Jaroš, all good players that would be there if not politics.
