Flipped a coin between Moore and Wood. If the draft falls this way, would honestly be happier to trade the pick for a young established player.

What's a computer?
It was between Moore, Wood, and Sale for me. Out of the videos and what I've read I like Moore the most. Ultimately I'd be comfortable draft any of those 3 at the #10.
moores got the skating, motor, work ethic etc plus enough iq and skill, think 1 of safest picks in draft whether it be as a larkin type centre or demolishion man hyman type player

Didn’t realize we had so many Moore supporters here.

I’ll be surprised if Moore ends up as good as Larkin, but I guess we’ll see. Agree he’s one of the safest bets as with his skating, speed and motor, he should absolutely be an NHLer. But if both Leonard and Dvorsky are already gone, I’d prefer to swing for the fences with one of Wood, Benson, Sale or Perreault.

and fwiw, moore doesn't feel like a blues pick. we like bigger guys and don't seem to value speed as much in prospects as we do hockey sense which he seems to maybe lack. if we go forward, wood or honzek or sale feel more likely.

While I like Willander. Hard to turn down Moore here. The stud center without the first round flanks on each side. The upside of Wood and Sale…tough choice. Somehow I missed this.

Was close between Wood and Moore for me. Ended up going Wood, but would be happy with either player TBH.

When I look at our draft position and the available write ups on these youngsters. I haven't seen them play so taking other folks word for it. I can't help but think at 10 we are either getting a project top end talent aka boom or bust or the best defensemen in the draft. Makes me lean Reinbacher or Simashev. Like them even better because they are 6'2" 185 and 6'4" 198 respectively. I'm watching playoff hockey and the little guys struggle when open ice disappears.

I love both players so much I’d take Reinbacher at 10 and trade up for Simashev. If I walked out with only those 2 players in rd 1, I’d be really happy.

It's really close, but Calgary is 'probably' going to pick Sandin-Pellikka at 16 with Barlow and Honzek still on the board. If this would happen in real time I'd absolutely try to move up from 25 to 17/18 to pick one of them. Maybe something like 25+30(?) to Detroit for 17 and 41 or something like that.

I’d certainly look into it if I was Army.

I think it’s a near guarantee there will be some top-10 worthy players still available at pick 20. Less sure they’ll still be there by pick 25 though.

I expect it to be an interesting draft though with lots of surprises/non-consensus picks that fans will instantly say are “bad”.
