I have been thinking about it and although refs have always sucked, it was more an issue of missing calls or choosing not to make a call
the last few years it seems like there have been a lot more phantom calls that simple aren’t penalties

It wasn't terrible call in the sense that it was interference, but it was weak call. You go to goal crease, more stuff should be let go. Can't tell if Mikkola pushed him somewhat into Binner but still bump the goalie you usually get shoved down.

Stuff like that shouldn't be called or have little more tolerance.
