Really needed the Sharks to lose, though.
Can’t wait for the Horvat for Kotkaniemi trade! We will be set down the middle!
Petey and Kotka good friends too!!
I dont think you quite grasp the dark depths we inhabit.Should hopefully get a top 10 pick next year as well. Kiviharju/Celebrini/Eiserman
Legendary year and outcome so far. Demko injury saved us. Horvat trade + top 6-8 pick in this loaded draft doesn’t happen otherwise.
Love the enthusiasm but I can’t wait to see how none of this happens. Nothing we do is logical, simple or expected.Should hopefully get a top 10 pick next year as well. Kiviharju/Celebrini/Eiserman

Literally everything is happening. The Franchise is imploding. Aquilini is getting the most hate he has ever recieved from this market. The team is sinking to the bottom in a stacked draft. Our young superstars are having monster years. Horvat is about to be traded and we are saved from his contract. Without Horvat this team is bad next year. Legendary year. Too perfect almost.Love the enthusiasm but I can’t wait to see how none of this happens. Nothing we do is logical, simple or expected.
3rd easiest schedule in the league to finish the season.Literally everything is happening. The Franchise is imploding. Aquilini is getting the most hate he has ever recieved from this market. I know it’s emotional for some right now with broudeau last game. I get it. Bruce there it is!
There is no easy schedule. Especially after removing Horvat/Schenn off this team.3rd easiest schedule in the league to finish the season.
(Habs have the hardest.)
I still see 8th - 12th very much where we will end up.
If Demko returns and plays lights out and we dont move Kuzmenko Im thinking 10th - 12th.
Who cares if a player is from BC or Albania. Doesn’t f***ing matterI’m also ok with Vancouver boy Andrew cristall. Ranked in the 8-12 range.
Let’s bring in some bc boys to go to war for Canucks for once l.
i think lots of people would love to have a star thats born from bc. yeah it does matter its just a fun thingWho cares if a player is from BC or Albania. Doesn’t f***ing matter
No it doesn’t matter.i think lots of people would love to have a star thats born from bc. yeah it does matter its just a fun thing
Let see how it went in few months. There is no easy schedule. Especially after removing Horvat/Schenn off this team.
They’re locked into 6th - 10th pick. They can go .500 the rest of the way and will still be 6th-10th.

Just posted this in another thread...I call it Juolevi over Tkachuk part 2:
Act 1:
We find out that the Canucks trade Horvat for Wright. We all celebrate. (Same as when Tkachuk fell into our laps, GM gets to the podium and announces we are drafting from the London Knights...)
Act 2:
Then we find out the Canucks traded Horvat AND our 1st for Wright. We all freak out but try to argue that it may work out as Wright is young and has a lot of potential and will be ready sooner than our 1st. (Same as when posters start talking about how we needed a defenseman anchor more than a power forward despite Tkachuk universally being ranked higher...)
Act 3:
It's all complete when the pick we trade ends up winning the lottery and SEA gets Bedard. (Same as when Tkachuk was scoring 30 goals and Juolevi was waived after not even physically making it through training camp.)
...we look like a tank and rebuild is almost guaranteed...but we can totally f*** this up.
You must be fun at parties. Calm down, they aren’t trading their 1stJust posted this in another thread...I call it Juolevi over Tkachuk part 2:

No need to apologize, your outlooks are always appreciatedSorry to buck in.
But I think Draisait + McDavid is better than EP40 + Bedard.
Maybe in 5 years Bedard + EP combo might be better, but I have a feeling EP might force his way out before that.
Just to hammer this home a bit. There is no easy schedule. Especially after removing Horvat/Schenn off this team.

You can do this for every team in the bottom 10 . They all face these teams 9-14 times. The Canucks are one of these teams. No games will be easy especially with Horvat/Schenn gone. The team is headed towards a top 7 pick. They can go .500 the rest of the way and will still pick top 10.Just to hammer this home a bit.
14 of their remaning games are against teams that are 23rd or lower in the standings.
3 against Chicago, 3 Anaheim
2 against Arizona & Detroit
1 against Columbus, Ottawa, SJ & Philly each.
