Fun to watch play. His style fits our team now and suits playoff hockey. Will help the PK and add some more ferocity to our team, not a big help for bottom six scoring, though.

True story - I met him shopping for snacks at the Calabria market in south Winnipeg a few years ago. Was very kind to my youngest kid. He had a major hack mark on his schnozz from a dust up which happened a day before.

Not a very big person, but holy shit what a fearless player, full respect.

As much as I love Brandon Tanev and what he brings, a 2nd round pick for a 33 year old 3rd/4th liner who’s a UFA is a big overpay.
I think he fits well on this aggressive forechecking team, but we can’t continue to give away our future in my opinion.
I love how great Chevy is in all aspects, except at the trade deadline.
