What the f*** is wrong with these guys

Both are threats to shoot and pass
Matthews can shoot when he’s feeling it, but he couldn’t pass if his life depended on it
Marner, almost 82 games no pp no more needed
Nylander, again not a big factor
Tavares, can’t really either


Draisaitl is a Matthews level goal scorer + a tier above a Marner level playmaker

Mcdavid is a tier believe Matthews in goal scoring + 2 tiers above marner level playmaking

Hyman is more effective infront of the net than tavares just to add salt to the wound

Those two are better than this whole top 6

Bad pp, you could tell they were playing it safe by trying to wait for an opportunity instead of making one.

Play has been OK, let's hope they hold onto the emotion from that dirty hit and take it home next two. Anytime JT gets in a little scuffle like that and shows his emotions the boys play hard. Let's see it in the next two.

No point shot threat is the issue with the pp, ok unit just collapses to the hashmarks and waits for a shot that's more often then not blocked
