a) a hit to the head should *always* be a 5 minute penalty. Especially when a guy chicken wings like that.
b) Any hit to the head the player should be off the ice to get checked.
c) Cooper cares more about not having Marner on the PP than he does about his own player doing something that f***ing dirty. Trying to exploit the rules to his advantage.
d) f*** NHL refs.
