Real players don't sit out. I've got a hell of a lot more respect for Don Mattingly than Wade Boggs.

Yes, in the end Bobrovsky is winning anyway. If Price feels that he needs to play more before the PO's then I don't have a problem with it, nomination or not.

If that's the case, says a lot more about the player than anyone else.

Well, context matters. Put Crosby or McDavid on the 4th line with AHL players and give them 10 min. a night, no way they lead the scoring race.

Galchenyuk is a skilled player and would be better used with skilled players. He was near PPG to start the season, FFS.

yeah but who cares?

Subban got like 3 nominations, no one talked about it.

He got one nomination and one win. I hear both talked about often enough.

I'd like to see Price get a nomination/top 3 placing. Doesn't hurt his legacy.

He was top 5 in scoring and suffered back to back knee injuries.

Pretty evident what happened.

He looked good at the beginning of the season, but since his injury he's seemed lost for the most part. Even more so now playing on his off-position.

It's gonna be interesting to see how much Galchenyuk's agent will ask for this summer and how much and for how long MB will offer him. It still wouldn't surprise me to see him traded away along with Beaulieu this summer.

Hurts so good
Cmon Habbis make the Leafs hurt so good
Knock them out of contention we could
Watching Leafs squirm is something we should
So cmon Haabies make the Leafs hurt real good

This team's approach to him has been put him with the talent, watch him produce well with it, wait for a small cold spell or injury to begin nitpicking over his defence, then put him on wing when he "can't take the responsibilities of a centre," then demote him a line, then complain he can't produce the points all of a sudden. If he gets dealt and explodes for another team, this organization deserves it. The Habs have shown very little idea how to develop a top prospect into a star for a while now. Unless he's a goalie that is.

Man why do you have to over exagerate everything..

 You go on about Halak yet I'm exaggerating? All you have is weak points from 2008-2010 to discredit our starting goalie, when he was in fact a "kid." What were you doing when you were in your early 20's and tell me how much you've grown since then.

So Habs missing the defensive dmen in Weber, Emelin, Benn. You can say that our defense is faster and more mobile with Nesterov, Davidson, Petry, Beaulieu. Tampa is flying into the zone because they have no fear of Weber or Emelin plastering them for taking such a gamble. Even Benn hits entering zone players. I give a pass to Lernout you can see he is nervous and the speed is faster than he is used to, he looked better second period.
