I wish I knew more about how Stevens is approaching this position. He is at his best when he is yelling and getting in people's faces, imo. He doesn't seem to care if people like him, just that they play with urgency.

Yeah same here, I'm sure he doesn't want to step on Petes toes since he's just an assistant but I would think he would be the guy that could motivate them.
