How can management continue to be okay with Blackwood having performance after performance like this? He has 1 game every month where he looks like a competent NHLer. Does that really give him that much good will?

MBW looks clumsy. He doesn't pass the eye test even when he's not getting scored on. Why he keeps getting starts is beyond me.

He isn’t a number 1 he is an average backup. Can’t string games together. Sinner the organization learns this the better.

The second one was the weakest ass rebound possible, he literally could have just flopped on the puck it was that slow.

And yet they are winning by two. When the point of the game is to score more than the other team, it doesn't really matter how you do it. They are better than us at scoring goals. It is what it is.

Its just frustrating how many grade A chances we need to score goals compared to teams like Boston. I dont know if adding Palat alone is gonna change that too much. It feels like a team problem rather than just one or two individual guys.

We do not have that guy who can put the puck in the net....Holtz is/may be that guy, but we desperately need that guy to finish the Hughes passes for example and others....

I know metrics etc....watching the games, need that guy who can flat out put the damn game away.
