If Miller takes like one more step he can be a Norris contender going forward. Even if he doesn't he's still a stud, but we have every reason to believe he will.
I don't see Miller as prolific enough offensively to be a Norris contender in this era. He has come a long way though and now that he plays somewhat physically I can actually like him again. He strikes me a a Colton Parayko. Big, but not a killer physically, not truly offensive or defensive but pretty good in each end.

Georgie with a .765 save percentage. He is not an NHL goalie. I doubt he could make an ECHL team. A decent NHL goalie is close to .900 save percentage.

This game does not go to OT with Shesty in the net.

Hell, I am almost 70 years old and never played a game of hockey but I bet I can play goalie better than Georgie. /S

A bunch of guys had excellent games. Trouba's ninja stick to prevent the 2 on none probably saved the game. Chytil, Copp, and Motte all continue to play well. K'Andre looking more and more like a first pair defenseman (would love to see him paired with Fox next year).

The points are great for Laf, but the way he got those points are the best part. A goal from driving to the net and trusting his shot/moves enough to go 5-hole (plus 3 shots on goal--the third game this month that he's had 3+ SOG, after only putting up 3+ shots four times in all of November-February). And an assist on a broken play from a bad pass. The Laf of three months ago would have peeled back into open ice to re-set. Today, he collected the puck while assessing the ice, and made the quick pass to K'AM for the goal. The game is slowing down for the kid.

His physical game has been stepping up. His offense will come. He has focused on defense first.

I think you are selling him short.

Andrew Copp is a really good player. There’s not a ton of flash, but he just plays such a good overall game.

Lafeniere is showing the potential we all knew he had. He’s scoring and has SWAGGER. Great goal and assist tonight.

Miller continues to show how good he is.

Can we also keep Motte past this season? I love what he brings to the bottom 6.
Copp is Rock solid ..

What do you hate more?

Georgiev.... or MSG Spotlight?

I'm pretty sure Buffalo's MSG feed used the same camera feed that we got meaning they also got lots of random shots of Fox on the bench, coming off the bench, and celebrating on the bench for no reason. Everything but the spotlight cam.
One of my strangest pointless peeves is that other nhl teams and 2 rivals play on a channel named after our arena. Bring back Sports channel.
