Slovaks only have them selfs to blame. Loosing to bad teams is all on them; they shouldn't have to rely on other teams to get to quarter finals.

NOBODY is talking about conspiracies. Switzerland isn't going to risk plying all their best players in a meaningless game. But if they lose Slovakia should hope that sometime they will be able to do the same thing to the Swiss.
