percent confident they can win game 3, unless a few things go there way. Stay out of the box yes etc but the big one is finding a way to put up more goals on the clock or this series could be over by end of the week. I don't think scoring 3 goals or less will do it imo.
Exactly what I thought when reading this. It was a library when I went for a regular season game. Actually our rink is WAY more tame than it was back in the day and I’d argue while it was very unwelcoming with a lot of chirping, it was never especially mean or crude. In any event it’s like romper room compared to what it was. There’s a lot I miss though. You could actually have a conversation for one. I think it’s fair to say it should be fairly in hospitable though.

Well, I think we all absolutely agree but the problem is you got Musty playing under 100% you’re missing Delić who would be an incredible asset at this time and you’ve got Villy who spends half the game in the penalty box. Add to that we just don’t have a strong enough supporting cast with Pharand, Coughlin and the like and finally after that, you’re dealing with basically inexperienced players who can’t be expected to bear the load. Oh yeah, add to that you got a captain with zero discipline, small wonder the rest of the team doesn’t have any either.Perhaps let's focus on the task at hand.

So because they’re drunk college/university students that’s the same age as the players it’s ok for them to say “they yelled out the players name and said your moms a c u next tuesday” if you’re not reading to much into that then maybe you shouldn’t read at all. That’s the type of crap that gets you knocked out in the real world.

We are Petes fans and in the round robin the Petes faced the host team who had lost to Patrick Roy's team 8 to 3 in the opening game of the tournament. Unfortunately, that meant they would take their frustrations out on the Petes and they sure did.
Half way through the 3rd period, with the Blazers leading 9 to 1, a few Blazer fans sitting near us started the "we want 10 " chant (towards us in Petes' jerseys).
I'm more of a lover than a fighter but I felt I had to respond........when they took a breath between chants I stood up and in my loudest voice yelled "We'll take 2! We'll take 2!" which got a laugh and ended the "we want 10" chant.
FYI......the game ended 10-2 so we all got what we wished for.
Well aware. Never said it’s okay to do. Just that they are drunk and around the players age. Would be even worse if it’s some 40 year old guy in my opinion. Young people and beer don’t mix. But if some 30 or 40 year old guy that knows better than to do that said that I might have to confront them myself cause what the hell are they thinking yelling at kids just playing a game almost double or double their age.
That makes 2 of us!!
If they want to get banned for life that’s a pretty good way to do it! I hope they do it so we all get the video of them getting carried out lol
