Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. I know there is a lot of talk about Mews going to Michigan but I cannot see a scenario where Calgary doesn’t offer him an ELC. It is not like that team is swimming in high end prospects. Mews woudl have to turn down Calgary to go to Michigan just to go to Michigan for the fun of it.

His only game with the Cubs. Local kid. Has 2 years left in the OHL after this season. Could develop nicely.
Doesn't need to be. Needs to develop to fight with Marshall for the Starting spot next year.

Very interested to see what happens with McCue as well, given the rumor is he's not reporting to Flint, you have to assume they're going to flip him somewhere.

I believe it's speculated they will be adding additional rules this summer on players who go from major junior to the NCAA

It was removed at the same time a suspension was added to the list. Could be something as simple as two people editing the page at the same time and overwriting eachother.

Slowest deadline that I can ever remember! Nothing posted on the OHL site other than Roberts and Chartier deals. Weird no other teams were active today. Even minor deals haven't happened. What has happened to the McCue situation. Weird day overall.
If Sudbury only comes away with Roberts today I would have built for next year IMO. It's just not enough additions to the forward group to possibly win a round. But hey maybe something will show eventually and change my perspective.
