needs to calm the toxic Wolves fans.
And they have no reason to be toxic? unlike yourself, most fans are not content with the way this organization is operating especially with the talent pool they have. You seem to be content with everything and that is your right as a fan but don't pass judgement on those who expect better results.

20 to 30 posts a game from the usual toxic fans when team is losing, but quiet as a mouse when they win.

Constant personal attacks, fictional stories, smearing etc. Most toxic board on this forum compared to other OHL teams forums.

I don't think any OHL fan is content until win a championship, but keep doing what you do if it makes you feel better.

Also, there are many posts from the usual fanboys after a win or high offensive output vs the weakest teams.

I personally would just be happy if they made the game close. No doubt northbay is a well coached team even when under manned. 1/2 goal per period over 2 games with two first round NHL picks among others is bizarre.

How Sudbury can’t compete with that is concerning. The reasons have been well documented in here.

If the organization is content with that because they didn’t want to make the change when they could then it’s on them as an organization. Unfortunate because this is the all in year.

Remember the number of players north bay graduated from last year. And still are able to win the central and be well on their way to another Eastern Confrence Championship.

Question is will the Wolves be there next year? Or will it take another 3-4 years?

It starts in the gondola he has completely failed this team by waiting last minute to make the necessary moves at the deadline and the ones he did make for what we gave up were atrocious

Hopefully, Vondras is ready to go for Tuesday; if not, you have to go with Krawchuk. Vondenberg has let some inexcusable goals in both of the last two games. Krawchuk, might be better, might be worse, but it's a change, they need a change right now.

Agree if Vondras isn’t ready I’d go with Krawchuk. Those two third period goals were stoppable. They just can’t let easy shots in. Krawchuk has better crease presence than Vandenberg. Vandenberg over commits moving side to side, goes down on every shot and makes himself smaller. Just not confident with him.

Honestly being a Wolves fan is like being in an abusive relationship. They hurt you, tell you things will change just to get hurt again.

I agree with starting Krawchuk. His body control in the net is smoother. Vandenberg thinks the ice is melted the amount of time he’s out there swimming.
Also, someone else posted last night but that tag up on the offside with an empty net was very low IQ play. When your net is empty you NEVER give the other team an open shot at the net anywhere on the ice. Touch the puck, take the face off in your zone and start again. Believe that was Musty.

just watched replay of last night`s game and could not see why some of the wolves fans complaining about the North Bay announcers being bias. They seem to call the game quite well to me, Theberge was quit neutral with his comments on all the plays Sudbury or North Bay.Maybe the complainers shold stay home for u=your next home game and listen to their own announcers. lol

I enjoy the NB announcers, Theberge is a good guy and funny, kinda reminds me of Don Cherry type. I can see people taking him the wrong way iif first hearing him, but good person. Ranjan Rupal is fantastic one of the best.

It was Giroux who dumped it in on the tag up offside I believe. Was confused to why he was out there with the goalie pulled was the only reason I noticed haha.

Imo this year is a make or break for you guys. You already forked out a ton of picks this year for a run, you will be losing Goyette and dvorsky for sure, maybe musty as an early graduate but that isn’t for certain, then you’ll be losing deangelis I believe and probably some others I’m missing.

You’ll still get guys like Villenueve, Walton back and I assume they take leaps offensively but it may not be enough to be competing for a championship or a conference. Could still get a playoff spot between 4-8 though depending on moves you make to replace the ones lost.

...your goalie seems to let in one bad goal a game...last nite two..I would switch for Tues......Musty and Goyette had terrible body language in the third....but Goyette is going to help Kraken....

The wolves crew is not the worst, but close.
Ranjan is quite good, but unable to contain his battalion bias right now. I do mostly agree with his take on the refs though. Arnsby getting 6 games when much of the damage to Hemstrom occurred after the hit by another player’s leg/skate while those that injured Romani and DiVincentis go unpunished is just wrong.
Theberge is just awesome imo. I’ll bet he is a great resource for battalion players.
