Because I don’t believe Papineau could ever build a team through the draft. Why?

Cant say I disagree. I'd like to give him the benefits of the doubt but....Because I don’t believe Papineau could ever build a team through the draft.
Tried but no support on this!Great idea just not sure how to go about it. Do you?
Yes. If you go into the NHL team threads, there's alot more going on and options to to this.Tried but no support on this!
Bounces going our way so far!Are we sure our PL is not our PP?
PK not PL
A good scouting report on Musty:
Im not qualified to speak on whether or not his skating will improve enough for the next level with a skating coach. I think it will help some but will it be enough. Some guys are just blessed with good skating skills. That was a great read on Musty. I had commented before on his lack of explosiveness and inability to separate, it is interesting to read on causes. It is interesting to note comments on growth in change of coach. Is the skating correctable? I believe working with a skilled skating coach can reduce the deficiencies, it will be up to his drive and willingness to change to effect lasting change. Also it might require some gym time to work on agilityand explosiveness. He does seem slight and maybe his body will fill out some as he ages. It could make the difference on being a top 6 or a guy who floats between the bottom of a NHL roster and the AHL.
We have all seen minor hockey players who seemed fantastic and never quite make it. A lot of times they matured faster and were bigger and as they aged, others caught up to them. I for one hope QM can now grow the other parts of his game.
Although his skating needs more technical improvement his power has noticeably improved. The improvements being seen this year are attributed to an increase in strength and confidence. Musty has bought into his nutrition and lost the baby fat he had as a 16yr old. Now, as the report indicates, if he can lengthen his stride and continue to gain strength we will see another gain. Regardless of his current skating status, there has been massive improvements (not perfect) in his 200 foot game since Xmas.Very detailed. I've always noticed his skating/explosiveness not being great. Should be interesting to see where he goes in the draft.
I think we could all take a page out of your book and realize our limitations on how we criticize the elite young athletes.Im not qualified to speak on whether or not his skating will improve enough for the next level with a skating coach. I think it will help some but will it be enough. Some guys are just blessed with good skating skills.
I'm really curious now to see which round he goes in come draft night.
Nope, not joking. My point is, I feel he is the forgotten 18year old who is quietly adding great value to the team. Just trying to show him some love. Please tell me you’re joking when you try and tell me Konyen is a great passer OMG. I like him on the third line because it’s his game north/south shoots from every possible angle don’t need to look to make plays.
His last 10 games have been his best this year! Hope he can continue to play that style the rest of the season. Its helped him a great deal. He's involving himself.Nope, not joking. My point is, I feel he is the forgotten 18year old who is quietly adding great value to the team. Just trying to show him some love.
Preferably not Rosenzweig, he has been stellar at timesWondering who gets the start today
They WERE tight. Enough is enough, he has done nothing and Zulich has had enough. I’m surprised he made it to Christmas.I doubt that very much, very tight with Zulich….unless of course you know something we don’t.
If that does happen, who would everyone like to see as a replacement?
