Proposal: Submit your favorite team's best offer for Trouba

Trouba signed for $3m AAV, 2 years

So, the ink has barely dried, but thought it might be interesting to see how other teams who may be close to the cap think this effects his value. Assuming a trade is still his desired outcome and keeping in mind some of the following assumption:

He wants to play RHD
He wants to be in the US for family / girlfriend reasons
He has no NMC or NTC, but the team trading for him presumably would want a long term asset
Acquiring team can start negotiating on July 1 of '17
He'll have 2 RFA years left at the end of this contract


So, does this change his trade value? How much? What would you offer now?
