The Oilers held the Stars to 4 shots at even strength in the final 2 periods.

Yep. That was a story. Oilers melting clock away and Dallas seemed fine with it. lol.

Odd third period by Dallas. As if getting beat 2-1 is better than 6-1, ended up 4-1 anyway with the ENG's.

But man. Rantanen 11M and hasn't done much since Colorado series. Hasn't done anything in this series. 20secs into the third period he gets a chance to walk in and he shoots wide. lol go home.

Oilers sense of the moment in games so much more critical than Dallas. Oilers cashing at exactly right times in games and Stars hardly cashing at all. Nice goal by Robertson but yet another star invisible in the series.

Heres one more. Johnson was -18 in the playoffs and early in third he tries to stuff a puck through Draisaitl as if thats going to work. Drai gets puck goes in for odd man rush and thats almost game. The play typifies how Oilers have been able to exploit counters. For Johnson it starts to be more than just sophomore. More like are you stupid? You're the worst GA player in the playoffs and you're making that play. lol

Against the Kings - LA had a Vezina finalist, improved dramatically and couldn't lose at home.
Against Vegas - Golden Knights were big, a ton of depth and battle tested.
Stars - A ton of depth with Rantanen and Hintz, Miro and more including Otter a vezina caliber goalie.

EDM were underdogs against every team and are close to burying all 3 of them. People need to start putting respect on this team. They are fn good when they are on their game. If Stu can keep being game 4 Stu I like their chances against Florida.
