- His best asset is his straight-line speed, which is harder to exploit at C where he will rarely get ahead of the play no matter how fast he is.
- His next-best asset is his shot, which doesn't become any more exploitable by moving to C. We need threats on the wing too.
I'd say it's his puck-handling...he's excellent at controlling the puck in tight spaces and at high speed.

Besides, I thought we came to a consensus on HFCanes that there is no such thing as offensive positioning among the forwards in RBA's system...they roll with who is in the given spot as they pivot to the offensive? Aho is ahead of the play just as much/often as any of his wingers.

That means either Nino or Svech with Wallmark. Not a lot of great options with Haula out.

I think you could flip/flop Foegle and Necas and both lines would benefit. Foegle then becomes the disrupter on the 3rd line, something Necas could do with his speed but hasn't yet. You also get two guys who can both pass and shoot accurately. You then let Jordan dig the puck out and help make space. I get that Necas might not be up to some of that work defensively, but both Svech and Staal can help fill that gap.

I'd say it's his puck-handling...he's excellent at controlling the puck in tight spaces and at high speed.

....and passing too....although, last night Necas's passes were off and the puck just wouldn't stay on his stick....plus, I've never seen anybody fall down as much as he does....Skinner notwithstanding.
