Both teams played pretty well. I think the shots were even, it felt like the chances were as well. Both teams played pretty solid defense so there wasn't a ton of great chances. Overall I'd say it was a good showing, just not our night.

He will no doubt, but getting Sunny back won’t fix our woes. We have to address the defense. It’s simply not good enough to truly contend with.

I know everybody loves Kyrou, but I didn't think he was good enough tonight. Not hard enough on pucks in O zone. Not assertive enough.

I thought we played well. Dominated second half of game. Their goalie was good and we missed some opportunities.

Our first passes by dmen by all were terrible. Pietro was guy who calmed down play and could pass long stretch pass to tape.

Our d-core was swiss cheese. Krug doesn't help on 5on5 play, but does improve our outrageous PP.

Best look was when Faulk dropp pass at PP and almost cost goal. Parayko shouldn't play PP. Guy is just too slow in his decision. Rather see some forward play blue line if Walman can't. That is reason why Perunovich would have been great fit now in team vs Rosen who tho have played well enough, but..


This team is contender if we had real top2 LHD. Krug or Scandella doesn't make a trick. Krug another 5- years so it leaves out Scandella out or forward (Tarasenko)?

Forward depth is just fine. I like it, but D-core lack of real dmens.

Discouraged after the first ten minutes but the boys bounced back boldly. Good effort the rest of the way.

Hofer had no chance on that last goal. He looks good for an amazingly young goalie. One year in the AHL and he'll be ready next season.

That doesn't make us success at playoffs. Maybe good in regular season team, but no Cup winning team.

Krug should be upgraded to real top2 LHD.

But it won't happened. All I see is this team missing out potential Cup window. Elite forward group. A level goaltender, but d-core not contender level.
