Equipment: STICKS - Buying Guide and Advice PART 3

Trying to decide between a Warrior covert QR5 pro and a Prostock True Catalyst 9x. Anyone have any feedback on which one I should pick up?
A month late, but I love my QR5 Pro. It's naturally whippy but perfect for me (170lbs) at 70 flex - the stick feels great and so do snapshots coming off the blade. I have heard that True sticks have durability / QA issues so I'd stay away from them regardless.

Ill double down on RHs point about the Trues having some durability issues. Purely anecdotal but ive seen 3 different people have their Trues break after a short time of using them.

I just got the QR6 and am loving it so far. 7 games in playing center and taking all the draws with no issues yet...other than my faceoff winning ability. SMH

I haven't used a True stick in a quite a while. I was burned by too many of them early on. I'm sure the durability improved but I won't take that risk unless it's a great deal.

Just tried the blackout stick on the ice after not really liking it on dek floor for ball hockey, this stick is amazing especially at the 180 dollar price point. Seemed a little softer than the 85 flex it states (works well for me). Crazy release on snap shots, a good low slap shot and nice touch off hard passes. Maybe I lucked out.
