That pretty much sums up last years Dallas' playoff run. Average team with insane goal tending, until that collapsed, and suddenly it was a no show. But it did take a while, hope he collapses in the third.

Barkov doesn’t disappear often. You guys are confusing him with a Mackinnon like player who relies on physical gifts of speed and bullish aggression. Barkov is a calculated assassin on the ice and makes a lot of great little plays that go unnoticed. I mean the guy is a PPG player I don’t get it. If this is him disappearing then when he shows up we’re in for a treat.

Gudas is such a beaut. I mean I figured he’d be a responsible, tough guy on the bottom pair but this dude is skating all over the place, dishing out crispy first passes this is crazy

Barkov is terrific player, and does some incredible stuff. He's probably my favourite Panther player. But that doesn't mean he is immune to criticism. And honestly, if you can't see that he disappears in big games sometimes, and why that is concern, then you shouldn't be throwing the clueless tag at people.

He is one hell of a player. Doesn't mean he is perfect and people can't point out flaws/bad plays by him.

I have said multiple times he would not have been my choice for captain.
