Ullmark should have had that one

I will never understand this goalie rotation Boston does. Swayman plays really good wins game 1, they go with Ullmark in game 2. I think that’s a stupid move even if both goalies are good. You just go with the winning goalie until he loses

Varly was always injured when he was with the Avs and would probably continue to be if we still had him today

He needed to be limited in how many games he played. He just wasn’t ready to accept that while he was an Av.

Somehow people will still say Matthews didn’t do enough tonight. :sarcasm:

Imma say a couple three things. First off f*** off Boston with your two capable goalies. Seriously, just showing off. Also, NYI played a solid Game 1 and could have easily won. No surprise they are winning right now and honestly would not be shocked if they took that series. Love Patrick Roy and I miss Varly.

But our so called starter who can’t stop a beach ball, plays 60+ games every year. Varly would be dead if he was our starter

It takes a different mentality (and not by the coaches who have run the rotation before) but for goalies to accept it.
