That's exactly what I thought too, it says a lot about that line as a whole
That line is consistently our best. Seems like a misnomer that people still call Schenn line our #1 line.

Regardless of the outcome here, I think it’s safe to say the Blues aren’t going to sleepwalk their way out of the 1st round. This team looks ready to fight. They’d look a lot more dangerous with the 4th line in the game. But there is enough here to expect to win this series.
Read something interesting from JR today about Berube saying that Allen would play this postseason. There is an argument for giving him one of the starts on the back-to-back games. I remember Brian had quoted some data showing teams had better results with a rested back-up rather than starting the starter both nights.

I really think we have two first lines. There are times when Schenn and Schwartz carry the show. Then we have a good third line with Thomas.

He didn't say anything that wasn't true. The NHL says they want to get the call right but then force you to limit the scope of a challenge is just stupid.

the hand pass called earlier on the blues does confirm, as the refs own words did, that they got it wrong

Watching all of the games, I’m starting to wonder when we get rid of the preseason officiating??? Doesn’t feel like playoffs style of officiating.

Well, I agree that they played somewhat better in the first 15 minutes of The 1st Period, but they still had slow legs, and were chasing the play a lot. That's why they gave up the first 2 penalties. They had more SOG than The Canucks during that time, but most of them were on plays that had no chance of scoring. But, they played MUCH, MUCH better during The 2nd. Let's hope they improve again in The 3rd.

It’s ridiculous to review a play and stick with the wrong call on a technicality.

It's never Lupus.
Except for the one time it was.
It's just commonly part of the differential diagnosis or a tentative diagnosis before it's ruled out later.
