Armstrong even said in his end of season presser that Steener would be taking on an expanded role and then one of the Blues insiders said Steen was moving back over from Sweden.

Another possible, but much more unlikely, scenario is Armstrong moving to solely being the Pres of Hockey OPS and Steen taking over GM but I feel like that's a large jump for Steen.
