that's very unfortunate. plenty of players would be the first to say they didn't play to their potential but ultimately this result falls on the coach staff and hockey canada execs who built this team.
Probably some idiot that only played hockey back in the day with rubber boots on in his driveway scoring goals on his little brother. Lives in his mothers dank basement.

What's the scouting report on Nordh?
Pros:
- Elite, pro level hockey sense. Seems to always make the right pass, never turns it over.
- Uses his size and strength well offensively.
- Good on both the PP and PK

Cons:
- Average skater
- Could be a little more physical defensively

I think he would thrive next to a scorer like Musty.

How much RW and/or centre has Nordh played?

Not what the wolves can use really. I kinda like Cloutier.
I think the Hounds will be inclined to keep Cloutier as a veteran leader, but that's just an educated guess.

If he did go to Sudbury, they would probably want a body back rather than just picks. Chitaroni, Henderson, or Clayton are all fits.

Henderson played minor midget with Martin and solomon and was one of the best players at the u18 all ontarios here in the soo last year. I wouldn't mind that at all. As long as there is a 2nd attached to the trade.

I would assume Brady Smith and picks. Depending on if Mignosa is joining him or not.
I’ve heard it may not be smith and could be griffin but just purely speculation at this point. Have heard those 2 names all along nothing concrete.

Griffin is an 07 and they could really build around that strong 07 group with Martin, Hayes, Charron and Reid

Oshawa doesn't have enough picks to add to Griffin to make a trade work, so I'm curious to see how that would work.

Sorry I had them mixed up. I thought Smith was an 07.. Probably due to OUR Brady Smith being an 07 :help::DD. Griffin would give us 10 07's. Which would surely be great, like you mentioned. I am pumped with either. Have been catching Generals games online and I like both. Either would immediately fit into the top 6.

Sounds like my brother. But I assure you he did not make a threat. He moved out of Moms basement when he turned 39. And still can't afford internet.
In all seriousness, I hope its not true about a threat on any player on this team. That's terrible.

What trade is that exactly; the Oshawa GM should be committed if giving Griffin and 2(2,3), 6-4s for just Gibson.
There's rumours that they have a couple of deals done, so there would be less picks that that.

There's endless possibilities, so I'm just curious as to how it plays out. I really think it has to be Smith or the Hounds would move Gibson elsewhere.

Guess it wasn't your brother. Read the article on the laptop this morning.

What do you guys think a trade for picks for Nordh would be? Keep in mind he is an import and not many teams looking for an import.

Probably a touch more than Vilmer Alriksson got (2,3,3) as he's a somewhat better player.

He's probably the only decent import available and and at least 3 teams have open spots, so Raftis could have a bit of leverage if he plays his cards right.

He will benefit most under Coach Barney and Staff more than other situation. Should he come to the Wolfers….
