My thoughts exactly. He and cloutier may be the top 2 in the league. At least in the conversation for top 5.

Would Raftis accept OAs condition; if the seller expects to be absolved of all risk, he may have trouble selling.

Nobody is counting anything. I'm sure they'd do their due diligence and get a commitment before thinking of trading them. Especially after last draft lol.

I don't know if it makes a lot of sense for a player to leave for NCAA in their OA season when they've already got a Canadian education package in their back pocket.

A guy like Mignosa could finish up his career in the O, give it a shot at the AHL/ECHL level and always has the education to fall back on. That gives him a lot more flexibility, a better path to the NHL, and a better quality education than the NCAA route.
