Is there any difference? The resulting injury notwithstanding. It's a hockey video FYI, don't mind the restriction.
He’s definitely an enigma. I gotta admit as a fan there is something about him that I don’t like. Maybe arrogance? Or his demeanour?Kid had talent but I'm sure his antics, attitude and past incidents will hurt his stock in many NHL teams eyes.
Laying on the ice having 5,000 people booing and screaming at you can’t feel good.. I would assume that was more of his reason for not returning. I would be surprised if he missed game 7.He’s definitely an enigma. I gotta admit as a fan there is something about him that I don’t like. Maybe arrogance? Or his demeanour?
He must be one heck of a trash talker.Travis was also the recipient of the Parekh crosscheck. Kid has a stick magnet in the back of his helmet.
Well if it's empirical evidence that you laid out, guess it's right lol.I've already said that. We don't know what Miller would have done, but Charlie is playing his best hockey of the season.
I believe Kyle Raftis and I watched the games. I laid out the empirical evidence and there's nothing else to it. Feel free to engage in your conspiracy theories with someone else.
That's correct. You've contributed nothing to any hockey discussions on this forum. I'm not interested in people who are just here to post shit. On the blocked list you go.Well if it's empirical evidence that you laid out, guess it's right lol.
What conspiracy theory are you suggesting I'm engaging in?
Cause your post history suggests slit of them.

A similarly predatory headshot on Hayes from game 5 was not suspended, so I would expect Guo to play in game 7 after that precedent was set.Nasty slash/high stick from Guo. No chance he plays next game. I think Parekh was already playing injured. I wouldn’t be surprised if he does not play in game 7. Same with Oke, got to save these guys for the memorial cup next month. I thought the game was close in the 1st nice tight checking but Hounds capitalized on PP and took control in 2nd and played a solid last 40 minutes. Jack Beck is a difference maker. I thought Kirill and Gibson were exceptional tonight . Will need that defensive effort again on Tuesday night
Save them?! They’ll have the rest in a couple days lmaoNasty slash/high stick from Guo. No chance he plays next game. I think Parekh was already playing injured. I had the pleasure of working with a number of the 2005 Knights team on a personal level and they all told me the same thing. OHL Title was the primary target, Memorial Cup was gravyJust my opinion ! Winning the OHL title is more rewarding ! Saginaw is gifted a berth in the fashion show, I mean the Mem Cup. Win your league
The OHL also informed Raftis a two-minute minor for cross-checking, handed to Parekh at 11:38 of the first period, should have been a five-minute major.
Parekh appeared to hit Soo winger Travis Hayes in the back of the helmet. The five-minute major the league admits should have been assessed, would have knocked the star rearguard out of the remainder of Game 5. He also would have faced the possibility of supplemental punishment in the form of a suspension.
Last night it didn't sound like he had too many fans in SSM.Do believe 19 is injured or one hell of an actor. Not a fan.
Zayne Parekh himself was suspended for spitting on two players back in January, even though no penalty was assessed. Keeghan Howdeshell was suspended in the playoffs a few years back for a play on which there was no penalty. From Ruicci's article, re: game 5:
I know the league can issue a suspension even when there was no call on the play. Does the above quote mean the league cannot suspend if a minor was issued? This I did not know.
Not a big surprise: Greyhounds, Spirit will play seven - Soo Greyhounds
Asked about the key to Tuesday’s clash, Dean spoke of how “this game means nothing if we don’t take care of Game 7. The key is just playing for the guy beside you.”chl.ca
What if a minor was assessed? Would they have still been able to suspend him?Zayne Parekh himself was suspended for spitting on two players bacl in January, even though no penalty was assessed.
I'll try to find an example to the contrary. That kind of rule wouldn't make much sense. What if a minor was assessed? Would they have still been able to suspend him?
Just the way the article was worded was "We messed up, he should have got a major and perhaps a suspension." But why wouldn't they still review it for a potential suspension otherwise?I'll try to find an example to the contrary. That kind of rule wouldn't make much sense.
