Blue Jays Discussion: Spring Training Discussion: So many games on TV!

IKF isnt the best signing but Soler has to be #1 for me. Bader at $10.5M putting up 0.6 WAR and Severino at $13M putting -1.5 WAR seem worse to me. Or Giolito at $39.5M coming off back to back near 5 ERA seasons and is already out for the season. These all seem worse

Duvell getting $3M and Bader getting $10.5M and Soler getting $42M at different points in the offseason should tell these GMs and writers what they already know, markets shift.

Soler: 1.8 WAR signed February 18th
Duvell: 1.6 WAR signed March 14th
Bader: 0.6 WAR signed January 5th

As mad as some Jays fans are that you paid IKF $7.5M per year when guys like Urshela and Rosario got $1.5M, i would be furious to see my Giants spend $14M on Soler when you could have had Duvell for $3M. or when Michael A Taylor signs for $3M or less, Mets fans shouldnt be happy seeing Bader at $10.5M.

Kinda lame that the prospect-heavy game isn't on broadly-available TV (It's on MLB Network but I can't get that. So I have to hope that the stream on MLB.com isn't garbage quality)
If you're a TV subscriber to Sportsnet, it's available on Sportsnet+, you just need to login with the credentials for your TV provider.

Oh for cripes' sake.

Why would anyone want to watch the Jays prospects hit, including 1st rounder Nimmala when we could listen to some prospects guy talk about random crap?

 YES switched the broadcast of the game over to their app and so MLB and Sportsnet now are showing Nets pre-game instead.

What a great and not at all poorly managed system this is.

I'm not sure where I saw this, but apparently the initial projection is about 2 weeks, which seems like great news.
I was thinking the fact that they said he’s likely not ready for opening day that it couldn’t be too long a stretch

No idea how that JV Shot was called a Home Run. It hit the fence.
