We have started native planting in the front yard so I only mow it once in the fall. We have three sheep that take care of the back yard.
I hate yards.
I hate yards.
got my results I dont understand them so I messaged my doctor and they said they have to consult with the dr who ordered it. I asked will that be soon they said I have to call the other doctor.
Wtf isnt that their job to consult each other?

Why didn’t you contact the doctor who ordered the test? You can probably do it through the portal.got my results I dont understand them so I messaged my doctor and they said they have to consult with the dr who ordered it. I asked will that be soon they said I have to call the other doctor.

I can tell you that in the last several years of living in a state that barely gets by with medicine, you have to be your own advocate. Jump on your portal and ask questions. Don't let your case fall to the bottom of the list.got my results I dont understand them so I messaged my doctor and they said they have to consult with the dr who ordered it. I've killed 3 bonsai. They have a really delicate ecosystem and they are impossible. My houseplants are all doing well, as long as I don't give them Arizona water.Don't feel bad I managed to kill another "unkillable" plant, a bonsai plant.![]()
Virtual cookies to celebrate! Although I won't post a picture to avoid temptation lolSunday night I had my first major non scale victory since starting my weight loss journey back in late September. After the fire alarms went off (legit fire somewhere), I climbed 4 flights of stairs and was not winded. Wahoo! I'm down 40lbs since I started and have about 40 more to go.
It doesn't matter where you live, you have to be your own advocate. If something doesn't feel right, you have to speak up.I can tell you that in the last several years of living in a state that barely gets by with medicine, you have to be your own advocate. Wishing you the best.

Thanks! I do still eat cookies just in moderation and not every day. One thing I've learned with my dietician and therapist is that you cannot deprive yourself of say a cookie or piece of chocolate. If I want a sweet treat I know I need to make smart decisions about what else I eat that day to balance it all out.Virtual cookies to celebrate! Admitting the problem may be me, I’m just going to come out and say I want to punch every tourist wearing their marathon finisher medals around the city today. Yesterday we cared. Today, you’re just in the way of the locals.![]()
I really need to figure out who to complain to about this. There's just no need for it to look like this. Final resting places should be impeccable. Especially the infant and baby angel sections. It's just so disheartening.
I believe the Archdiocese of Boston owns the cemetery. I've heard from many folks that they have brought this up over the years and nothing has been done.If a municipality owns the cemetery it is probably at the mercy of the public works department. I'm lucky both sides of my family are buried in private cemeteries that are well cared for although you do have to trim around your family headstones. Most people around here do that around Memorial Day.
Good luck!![]()
As a former Boston finisher, I agree.
Medals end after race day. But rock the shit out of your finishers jacket.
Speaking of Tony Stark, this new Lego set comes out June 1stIf I ever completed a marathon I'd have the medal infused into the center of my chest like I was paying tribute to Tony Stark.
Most of my family is burred in St. Aloysius cemetery in Springfield MA and they do not allow fake flowers, probably due to the mess they cause.I believe the Archdiocese of Boston owns the cemetery. I've heard from many folks that they have brought this up over the years and nothing has been done.
I'm hopeful I can I ask get an email returned. Otherwise, I'll just keep going for free to make sure these little ones have a decent place.
I'll try my best!
Thanks @BMC![]()
