Nice to win a game they should have.

Adoree Jackson is a freak of nature. Human beings shouldn't be able to turn and accelerate like that. Reggie-esque.

See 2:09

D front 7 is still buttery soft and Lamar Dawson is about as smart as a bag of pucks. Worst #55 ever. They should take the number back. Cravens is going to have to do it all. They're going to have to play him every snap until he dies of exhaustion.

Dodgers always limp into the playoffs. That's why our last WS was in 1988.

They won't go far ever as long as Mattingly is the manager. Down 6 to 4, bases loaded 2 out and you need a left handed hitter. Who do you go with? Utley or Seager? Yeah let's go with the guy who I think is hitting under 200. Great job.

What the **** are you talking about?

They were 8-2 in the last 10 games last season and then lost in the first round.

They were 5-5 in the last 10 games in 2013, won the first round series, and then ultimately lost in the NLCS.

How teams play down the stretch has absolutely no bearing on how teams perform in the playoffs.

The Dodgers' "fans" on this site, I swear...

The Dodgers finished great in 2014. But going back to 2013 and 2009, they had so many chances to wrap up the division but they waited until the final week of the regular season. I'm so sorry for showing frustrations because I want HFA against the Mets. I'm so sorry for showing frustrations that we've been losing to **** division foes this week. Should've swept or won 3/4 vs. the D-Backs, should've won at least twice this weekend. We should've finished at least 5-2 this week and the division would've been won with one more week left. Instead, it's a 2-5 week against losing teams. And so what if we won the first round series? As a Kings fan, you should know that that means nothing.

And **** you for putting quotation marks around fans as if I'm just a front runner. I actually take offense to that.

It's baseball. Hot streaks and cold streaks happen. No team is going to be perfect over the course of 162 games, or even in the playoffs. There is so much overreacting to what happens in such a short span around here that it's mind boggling.

Instead of freaking out, maybe you should enjoy the fact that the Dodgers are close to winning their 3rd consecutive division title FOR THE FIRST TIME IN FRANCHISE HISTORY. Maybe you should enjoy the fact that you are watching a historic several-season run by one pitcher (Kershaw), a historic season by one pitcher (Greinke), or a combination of two of the best pitchers in the game putting together a historic season together (Kershaw and Greinke). There are plenty of other bright spots for the future on the team, too (Pederson, Seager, Hernandez, Peraza, etc.).

The fact that the Giants have won 3 of the past 5 World Series should tell you how much the regular season means when it comes to the playoffs in baseball.

And the narrative about the Dodgers lacking killer instinct? Jesus Christ...

Did they lack killer instinct when they swept the Giants in 3 consecutive one-run games last month to crucially expand a razor thin division lead?

I am well-aware of all of those but right now, I'm only focused on getting rid of that magic number.

In 2010 and 2012, the Giants actually had a great record in September going into the playoffs. Last year, they weren't so hot but they were fighting for their playoff lives so they had every reason to stay hungry. It's different compared to the Dodgers when the division is right there for the taking and they just refuse to seize the opportunity for now.

I don't care what you say about the regular season not having an effect on the playoffs. I want to see this team keep winning, in any given situation. If we had recent history of going deep in the playoffs, sure, I'd stop worrying about this team. The problem is they don't.

And please share your opinions on the 2-5 week against the hapless Arizona Dbacks and Colorado Rockies. You're being too sensitive. I don't think you know how to take criticisms in life.

I have to ask, how many playoff series have the dodgers won lately?

Living off regular season success smells a lot like Vancouver fans a few years ago.

And I'm sorry, you shouldn't be calling out other dodger fans for wanting to see this team actually win for a change, and I'm not talking regular season.

I'm being sensitive? Are you reading what you wrote?

Who gives a **** about a 2-5 week against Arizona and Colorado? No team is perfect. Good teams lose to ****** teams sometimes, it happens.

You're right, because I don't want to see them win...

It's just hilarious to see people freaking out about a 7 game span over the course of a 162 season. Talk about a small sample size. Every single team in the MLB this year has had a tough week or two at some point, just like every team has put together winning streaks.

Yes, you are. Fans are complaining about not being able to clinch this week and you think it's "overreacting." Your best argument is "it's baseball." Uh, yeah no ****. But at the same time, you have to be realistic and see that it is frustrating. I guess with you, you've been shrugging off the failures since 1988 with "it's baseball."

I'm living in the now. I really thought for sure we would clinch before the final week. It turned out that we only needed to win 4 out of 7 this week and we couldn't even do that. Yeah, good teams lose to bad teams sometimes but you have to be aware of the situation. Some kind of urgency, please...just to get this over with. Everyone else in the NL playoff picture has clinched a spot. We're the last team to do it and it should not have been that way since we did have a 9.5 game lead this month.

Show me where I said you didn't want them to win. I called you out for ******** on other fans.

I can't speak for the others but I'm not focused on a 7 game span. This offense has too many guys hitting sub .250, highly inconstant. The bullpen is hit or miss on any given night and starters 3 through 5 havent been good.

Sorry for expecting more from a team that has the highest paid payroll in baseball.

Sorry KINGS17, but these ASU uniforms are gross. The jerseys look like they have stickers on them!

ASU should have never went with Nike. I don't know what Nike is trying to do with the plastic looking shoulder pad striping.

The Sun Devils have been sporting variations of their three primary colors and black (and the black BS is just as lame for them) for several years now. It has been fine up until Nike got their hands on them.

Re the USC game: Just total self destruction by the Devils in the 1st half. Bercovici can't get the offense untracked and there wasn't a single pass of consequence completed to a WR the entire game.

ASU had over 100 yards rushing in the 1st quarter, and ran the ball with ease the entire game. The USC front seven is soft, and any teams with a stout running game that have watched the Stanford and ASU games must be licking their chops.

Looks like UCLA and Utah are the class of the PAC-12 South this season.

I'm pretty sure Draft Kings are in the double digits in ads tonight on MNF. It's like they've replace all the ***** pill ads you usually see during games with Fan Duel and Draft Kings ads.
