The man is 37 years old. I am not sure why he is still playing, other than to get his 20 in.

Otherwise, he will be a drag on the rebuild. I'm just telling it like it is...Kobe Bryant has been a dynamic player for the Lakers, racking up five titles in the process, and is one of the greatest Lakers ever (I would put Wilt, Kareem, and Magic above him), but the time has come to move on, Lakerland.

But you know the Knicks are thirsty for a player of Kobe's pedigree, to the point even Stephen A. Smith constantly spreads rumors of "Kobe to the Knicks".

On the flipside, I previously watched a late night edition of SportsCenter, where Kobe got paralleled to Brett Favre.

This years Lakers are gonna contend for the title Book it! THE NBA LOTTERY TITLE! People thought last years team was bad sheesh this years team is gonna set all time records. Lakers organization just drools over Randle and Clarkson. Yeah they're young but you don't have to be an expert to know that Clarkson is meh and Randle is absolute garbage. And I'm not sold on Russell either.

It's all bad!

It's already 2015, and yet a certain poster above me is acting like Yankees have never been a worldwide team.

I bet he doesn't know even Fidel Castro himself personally helped bring Orlando "El Duque" Hernandez's family to the US.

Besides, even the late George Steinbrenner had the courtesy of not turning the Yankees into a major league farm team for the Cleveland Indians, and he even grew up an Indians fan! In contrast, I personally witnessed the Dodgers, becoming a major league farm team for another AL East team, a la Athletics for the Yankees.

Williams is a beauty. It's a shame he was drafted by a garbage organization.

I wonder if Yankee fans are rooting for the Mets vs. the Dodgers. And I'm talking real Yankee fans from NY.

It's like a former Rams fan (me*) trying to pick a winner between the 49ers and Raiders. Both teams are hateful, so the best thing about that game is one of the teams has to lose (or end in a weird tie). My guess is that most Yankee fans rather see the Mets lose than the Dodgers lose.

*Won't be "former" if they come back home. And for the one moron bound to tell me that "Cleveland" was home, bite me. The Rams were in Los Angeles for 50 years, and in Cleveland for only 10.

That reminds me: courtesy of the Blue Jackets forum, I learned from there how the NFL started in OH. It's ironically embarrassing the Browns went from a champion, then bridesmaid, and now a punchline (see Johnny Manziel for reference). :shakehead

I'm not even a Cleveland Browns fan, but his Week 2 performance gave hints of any maturity he gained.

Most of us Yankees fans are rooting for a Subway Series.

Anyone that thinks Clarkson is just meh obviously isn't an expert. He is the only bright spot as of right now. Russell, yes, we'll see. Randle as well. Lou Williams is a hell of a player. Not sure who is expecting much of anything from this team.

Yes I agree I am no expert but you definitely think more highly of him then I do. Guess I'm just spoiled with greatness for so long it's hard to impress with okay players.

#FibaAsiaCookingChampionship2015

:facepalm::nopity::biglaugh:

Are they sure they watched an actual basketball game and not just some cooking show centered around a player's meals?

In all seriousness, I watched a replay of the game and from what I saw, they do have a point.

The "Cooking" part has basis from the phrase, "cooking the books". Hence, the implication that the game got rigged.

So glad the astros knocked off the Yankees, living here in palmdale I've got to watch half their team while they played for the jethawks single A team. Altuve one of the most down to earth players I've ever met.

Celebrating with champagne after winning a play-in game...LOL.

If I were Dictator I would ban champagne celebrations until you win the pennant.
